Re: Sound proofing
I did the floor of my van in flash and from b&q
Then fibre board for floors the green stuff about 5mm thick
Then layed the ply board on top then glued carpet tiles down
So much better its unbeilevable

Re: Sound proofing
I'm in the process of sound deadening the rear of mine as with no bulkhead I get quite a bit of road noise rolling on 225/40/18 tyres. I've used silent coat on the sides in cargo area, inside sliding door+ front doors and 2nd coated with closed cell foam. On the floor and rear arches a cheaper brand sound mat.
The difference is crazy already and not yet finished
Thumbs up for silent coat :-)

Re: Sound proofing
I done mine a few months ago by using Hush mat, covered both side doors, rear1/4, back doors, rear floor and front doors
