Hardly though is it?

I paid £7k last summer for mine, 08 plate with 40k miles

Then i've spent 400 on coilovers, 700 on wheels, 250 on rcd510, 300 on seats and frames and probably another 200-300 on bits and bobs

Totalling almost £9k

This van has had a full respray in a gorgeous colour and everything colour coded etc which would cost if done properly £2-3k!

And the 1552's are a bloody fortune

So for £9.5k i'd say its bang on the money if anything a bit of a bargain. If this van had come up when i was looking i'd of snapped it up

£4995 ono that aint a bad price. Take the chrome bars off, £400 pound for a lowering kit and fit a set of alloys and its sorted

Again even on that van, factor in over 1200 quid worth of wheels, 400 on coilovers, 400 on seats, full respray 2-3k and your there at the same price again

expensive but looks great, i wouldn't loose sleep over it. I think its over priced because you never really get money back on mods, when people add on everything they spent on to the price it doesn't make sense, thats like trying to sell the van for exactly what you paid for it.

You dont pay for other peoples mods mate, well obviously you do, ile let you know next time im selling a car. It puts a little bit on the price and helps it sell, you dont spend and then get it back at the end.

I've never bought a modded car or van in the past as i prefer to build it myself but on paper the van price adds up that's all i'm saying.

Was Marks van worth paying £30k plus for? no not really but someone figured the work put into it was worth it

Is Hulks van worth £20k? no not really but trust me if i had £20k burning a hole and wanted a 100% sorted caddy i would buy it

Its the age old saying..... Its only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

Cheered me up tho, I would consider my van to be better specced than this, lower milage and newer and is going up for sale in a week or 2! Choosing a price to sell is soooo difficult!
