The wires are all done. I just used the spare wiring connector from the sliding door so as the light returns back in, the plug plugs in with no bulb warning lights ;-)

Good tinkin u must b one of d first to do dat on any vehicle! I looked through the whole thread really good read the photos u based d idea off looks like its just hinged nowhere near as trick as your way

awesome build matt! when are you going to do a HOW TO for a tailgate conversion?
Sport line seats, mk6 flat bottom mfsw, W8 light,Touran front bumper, Touran Console,Touran Dash,Touran Door Cards, Highline Clocks, 140 remap, Rear Seat Conversion

On the road at last.
Just need to get the number plate transferred and trim the rear. Plus notch the RHF chassis as the driveshaft hits.
