Ok so I wanna get some touran door cards fitted in my van, are they a straight swap over or is there anything else I need to get in order for them to fit??

Yep straight swap other than having to trim with a new sharp knife around the mirror casing
Best way is cut the profile out on a bit of card from the original door card
Then measure the distance from the rear of the standard door card to the curve
Then transfer that to the Touran door card ( draw with a pen the reduce that by a centimetre
Cut hat bit out trial fit and then keep cutting away tills is a nice fit
