VMaxx Emergency - Car up, and cant fit the rear plates?!

Post by Tegheim »

I'm in the garage right now and trying to mount the plates from VMaxx. But I don't get it. Om my Caddy -09 there is a M10 bolt on the upside of the axle, and only a 10mm hole in the blade-spring. But on the mounting plates there is nothing to fit them? And on the pictures that came along, the concentric bolt sits on the blade-spring?!

This is how my things look.

It worked out fine with the rear. Will try to ride with this height (lowest) and when I'm satisfied with the height, I will relocate the wheel.

Although, my front struts are killing me. The two first weld-nuts on the strut-bearings didn'twork with me and got loose.
Will try tomorrow to release the nut in centrum instead to get the strut out without the strut-bearing. Will have to change the strut-bearings as well...
