Sliding door lights

Hello all

Ive just got myself a caddy mk3 2009 and ive noticed at the side of the sliding doors inside they are cut out spaces for the sliding door lights, so im wanting to fit some, where can i purchase these from?

ive seen these cut outs as well, any help would be great.

I believe the bulkhead lights were only fitted to the earlier caddies & no center light, later ones had a single light in the middle of the roof lining well mine has, but it has no cut outs for the pillar lights

No hard ship fitting tho I think you just need to find lights that will fit Into e holes,
If you have a center light just come off that,
