Hello Mate,
mines lowered 50mm, side bars, and fat wheels. I get loads of good comments from other tradesmen when I'm on the job.
Gas Plumbing and Electrical...
I spend two to three hours a day in the van driving in LONDON and apart from the manual clutching bothering my left knee (not good for my sports injury so im after a DSG) it a great ride. Its like a car and very fun for chucking around corners.

Fair play, I enjoy my 50k but sometimes it can be a bit much, you should set up a fuelly profile and track your usage, very useful for people weighing up whether to buy and can also give early indication of mechanical problems.

620 per tanks pretty good.
I get on average 560 per tank... About 40 motorway miles and 20 miles stop start round London each day.
It's is a 2.0 140 though and I have a heavy right foot :p

Just bought a c20 (104) dsg and love it. Am a courier and do about 600 miles a week. Had a Astravan 1.9 cdti sportive (120) fantastic to drive and lots of "vxr" parts to fit but running costs a joke, duell mass flywheel and clutch every 40,000 miles (£1000) gearbox good for 80,000 miles. Starter moter alternater both weak and if you up the power the turbo goes. And not a lot of space in the back. Fancied an auto but not sure about "DSG" will get it serviced and then decide. Handling is crap but hope to change spring set up. not sure how far to lower but first job has to be wheels. Want to add photo's but having trouble uploading.

Originally my blue sdi was for my business and got treated like a van - anything and everything flung in it. I had a Evo 8 for the weekends but over time i preferred nicking about in the caddy so bought a new one. The new one will be looked after a bit better than the trusty SDI
