Picked my door cards up from trimmer yesterday.
I know some bit needs slightly cut to fit them can anyone tell me what needs cut and any pics would help?
I tried fitting them to see if I could see what bit wasn't fitting and only seems to be this top part that's a tad of a different shape but didn't wanto start cutting away
Anyone know??
Cheers

Re: Fitting touran doorcards. What needs cut?
Dead simple, fitted another set for a member at the weekend
Easiest way is to trace the shape of the cut out off your caddy cards (mrs baking paper)
Then offer this over the Touran card and use a marker pen to draw on the Touran card
If you bear in mind the window edge and the furthest point towards the front of the van is in the same place on both cards that gives you some reference points
Then use a good sharp stanley knife to start cutting. Go steady and keep scoring it a bit deeper if that makes sense.
Then once a fair bit through just snap it off, don't be shy it takes a bit of bending to snap but it'll go
Then bingo. Fit them back on. Don't forget to swap the wiring over of your Touran ones don't have them and make sure all the clips are not stuck in the door and clip them onto the card
Re-use the passenger bolts but don't worry about the drivers door, it doesn't need them]
Hope this helps
