carbon rear badge

Post by chezzy71 »

right o lads, im thinking about putting a group buy together on a carbon rear badge to fit into the recess on the back door....
this would be the badge in what ever colour you want plus carbon background, my badge measures 130mm but its tight in the recess so think 125mm would be a little better fit...

what do you think and if you have any interest add your name, price wise each as we speak with no numbers is £30 each
im hoping for that to come down if i get as many as 5 or even 10

Waiting for a set of wheel centres from this fella, went to see him at his unit, his stuff looks great and he is very busy, waited a month and a half so far, and not cheap either. My brother (Mr. P on here) had some done and it is a top finish on them.

These are real carbon fibre blanks cnc'd then resin filled with the colour and high gloss finish......bit more custom than wrapping, but hey each to their own it would be a boring scene if everyone had the same stuff on their cars/vans :D

can i just point out that the back ground of the badge will be carbon and with a natural grey logo will ( i think ) just look grey and be quite hard to make out...

yeah see your point,, depends on shade of grey ? what colour can you offer? i have metallic grey van with gloss black painted badge at moment which is subtle.. but in the right colour these could look good....?

Opinions......??

The blue one would look good on max's blue van...

Well I picked up my centre caps, what do you think? Finish is excellent, very happy. He has lots in the pipeline for VW's and some new coloured carbon, which looks great.......so I will be going back for some more custom stuff......and I could be interested in the group buy.
