I looked into this when I did my conversion, proper crash tested beds that are high enough in the back for whiplash not to be an issue are too high, imo, for the Caddy, Titan make an excellent crash tested R&R bed but when we tried it in the Caddy its just too high, they were considering making one though so it might be worth checking? An Amdro style system is very versatile but not the look I was after.

I had my bed made to my design and fitted it myself, it could of had seatbelts fitted but it's too low in the back to be safe I think.
