Did these exist as an option out of the factory? I've seen a couple of vans, not maxis, that have the standard interior, no spoiler or alloys, but have a 140 brake 2.0l six speed engine.
Cheers

Yep. Thats what mine started life as. A 140 6 speed with electric windows and mirrors, an RNS315 but BT disabled, and no air con or any other toys.

Hmm interesting..... I was thinking the ones I'd seen had maybe had some form of conversion. Thanks for the info :-)

Hi,
I have a caddy maxi kombi, 2.0l BMM engine 6 speed box, from the factory, it came with aircon, electric windows, C/Locking, electric mirrors.
Since then it's had a touran dash, door cards, front bumper, centre consol,
highline cluster, cruise control, MFSW, and 510 dab radio.
Decatted DPF delete and EGR valve & cooler removal.
Cheers Trev.

Yeah I think it's more common in the maxis, but not so much in the normal vans.Wind Welder wrote:Hi,

My caddy is a 2.0 tdi. Came fully loaded. Highline clocks satnav multifuction steering wheel and so on
16" wheels front fogs colour coded the nicer front bumper! Climate control six speed gearbox
So yeah they do exist and I'm so glad I went for the 2.0 over the 1.6 or 1.9

Although I have a sportline, I would still recommend the 2.0, it's so flexible and got plenty of guts. The residual value would also be better I imagine pal

Nope! From what I've seen of the sportline, they are well over priced! You don't even get highline clock or a temp gauge in the ones I've seen!

Ahhh that was my next question... Did they come with touran bumpers out the factory. Thanks for answering that one.
