Gearbox oil

gunna change the gearbox oil but which one do you replace it with I'm thinking stick with Vw I know Vw say life long but that's horse s##t to be honest
New oil can't hurt

I shall be doing this soon.. I did it on my passat and it made it nicer to drive

Definitely worth doing if your going to continue driving the car. Agree that filled for life is rubbish!!!
I own a Bora 4 motion also they advise a haldex change but diff oil is filled for life. I've Always changed it on a major.

I changed mine & got the oil from tps

Give it a good 20 min drive first get it nice and warm for draining, that way ur sure to get all the old oil out

You need to take the gear selector pin out to get all the oil out
