adjustable drop links and uprated bushes

Hi
Are any of yous using adjustable drop links with your coilovers and if so what ones ?
Also what bushes are yous running on your wishbones ? I've been looking at super pro ones , or is there a cheaper alternative ?
Am I right in thinking that mk5 golf gti bushes are exactly the same as the caddy ones ?
