What's the standard ride height on a 1.9 06 caddy

Mines been lowered and I like to know howmmuch by. The distance between the Centre of the hub to the start of the wheel arch is 13.5" - what's it been lowered by??

Standard...... The previous owner has cut the springs - nice a safe!!!!!

I have bought the jom coilovers and I think I'll have to to their maz of 70mm
