What's the best way to trim touran door cards? Stanley knife? Thanks.

I'd go with a Dremel.
Inside curves are quite difficult to do with a Stanley knife and if you slip you'll screw up the bit you are gonna be looking at forever.

If you find the dremel is too fast, a bosch Oscillating Cutter with a half moon shape bit might be good. I've used it to cut plastic, and it worked great.

Make a template out of cardboard or something mate, as Doc says if you mark it you will notice it all the time, my first set was done with a Stanley knife, bugged the hell out of me until I bought some others, I used a dremmel, just took a little off until I was happy with it.
