Also, do I need different bulbs, or will the Caddy (Facelift) bulbs work?

I bought mine on ebay from a Belgium seller brand new originals for £80 delivered, plug and play all bulbs included, it might be worth contacting them to see if he has a set

These are reps also on ebay

Hmmm, so it seems there's a few different variants of the part, the 2014+ version is 1T2 941 005H, the 2013 version is 1T2 941 005G, and there's also B & F versions which I can't seem to find any info on. Seems the correct part is also VIN dependent, so I'm not sure if there's differences in mountings and/or wiring...

Starting to look like a lot of faff for a cosmetic change. I'm guessing performance-wise they're identical to the Caddy lights? Also, it's not clear if they use the same bulbs as the Caddy lights or not?

I'm in the UK for a few weeks so thought I might pick up a set if they were much cheaper than the SA OEM parts (because those are too expensive for what you get IMHO). For reference, the SA parts I was quoted on were the H variants, and come out as (roughly after exchange rate conversion):

Left - £250
Right - £170

Having a quick look on etka for you and its saying they are about £230 each (even the standard lights are about £230 each) so comparable to your prices (although I notice one of yours is a lot cheaper for some reason) and although my etka is updated, its not official and therefore the prices might be different (I find they're pretty close to actual prices).

Standard Caddy headlights are 60/55W (low) and 21/55W (high) bulbs (and there are only 3 bulbs listed (the other being the indicator) whereas the ones you are looking at are H7 12V 55W (low), and 55/15W H15 (high) and an extra bulb for the sidelights meaning 4 total. Not sure if that means additional wiring/coding to get them to work but don't recall anyone saying they had to do anything before.

Also, if its any help, when I searched for that part number it comes up as Caddy 2011 on and Touran 2011-2015.

Dan, thanks for that info! Yeah, weird that the lights are different prices, but the agent said that it's not uncommon (in SA at least) for left/right side prices to be different. I guess in UK they pocket the change...

According to Mike, who's picture I linked to from this thread, they're a straight swap.

So, I guess the best way forward is to keep scanning eBay while I'm here and grab a set if they come up. I'm not super keen on fitting knock-offs as I guess there's a whole bunch of electronics, motors etc. in the lights and I don't want any hassles with those...
