Hi, I'm currently fitting some maxi rear seats in the back of my van, I have the seat belt reel mounted and also the upper mounting point, just wanted to know where to mount the lower anchor point? Is there anywhere premarked or where made for the job or is it just a case of drilling them in somewhere! I was thinking as the upper mount & reel mounts are in place as standard then the lower anchor point should be there somewhere also.

Any help and or pics greatly appreciated

Best place is lower down by the step recess
You can weld in the proper threaded spreader plates

Ok thanks, I have tried searching but ant find it?! I don't know if that's because I haven't got access or just because I don't get how to use the search facility.

I have spreader plates if needed just need idea of where to put them, it has to be quite low (floor level) as the belt doesn't fully retract otherwise as the button on belt is at its stop before fully retracting
