Saw a black Caddy Maxi Sportline today,,,,,,,,
And I've got to say it was a lot nicer than I thought it would be. Didn't look too big or anything! Bet the standard size looks awesome!! Black Sportline Caddy on coilovers and some sweet rims mmmmmmmmmmmm!! Would nt mind seeing one of them!!

Hi, I had a chance to view one of them a few days ago. Nice bucket type leather seats, chrome side bars and all. My only gripe was the price £18000+VAT, seems a lot concidering you could spend far less on a turbo Caddy and add the extras for less. Am I missing something on it. The interior is standard apart from the seats.
This is my first view of it ao I must be missing important differences...maybe.

Caddy 2.0 TDI : ????? With colour coding, fogs and electrics.
Side bars : 270
Front chrome : ???
Spoiler : 170
Rear badge : ??
Leather retrim : ???
Alloy wheels : ??? Probably an extra on the spec sheet
Anyone care to fill in the blanks.
It has to be less than 18000 before vat, there's not that much extra.

yeh just the length is bigger although there isnt a sportline listed on the VW site.
1.9 TDI PD, Custom Code remap 156bhp & 239lbft , rear tints, 16" Golf GT Alloys, VW Mudflaps, H&R Springs, Cruise Control, Koni Sport Dampers, GT Badge, MK5 Golf GTI brakes all round.

My local VW center is in Sittingbourne in Kent, I saw this one there. I am not an expert but it didnt seem longer, I was just suprised at the cost of it. I would think they must have some at a local dealer near you guys. Pimping up my van seems to have more going for it than the sports model as far as brakes, wheels lights and interior comforts. That said, its just my personal view which may well differ from some of you.
