Caddy wont start??

Caddy wont start??
Caddy sdi wont start, loose down the fuel pipes at rear of injector pump to find only getting fuel to injector 2 and 3, van does not have remote control central locking and has i chipped key,i am guessing the key needs reprogrammed?? any advice would be greatful
