I use tapatalk on my mobile 99% of the time but I think it says attachments below the box when you are typing out a new post, upload you image and then it should automatically put the image into [img] code for you

The heater control unit you want is part number 2K0819047N. I have seen a brand new one on ebay for a very reasonable price. The sellers ebay name is Carloxx24 and the ebay item number is 400973030050, just type in this item number in the ebay top search box and it will come up. I would be surprised if you can find a brand new one cheaper. Hope this helps mate.

I would say yes providing that the heater control unit (The existing one fitted to your van) that you are replacing is like the one on ebay but without the heated seat controls. These where still being put into new 2016 build Caddys. The way to check is to drop your heater control unit out and have a look at the part number (10 min job) and also the plug in connector layout.

They are different. Old caddys use cables to move position and temp. New caddy 4 uses electronic controls.
V2 front. Mk5 mirrors. Cupra splitter. 8000k Hid. Led side lights and drl. Lowered on mk5 coils and custom shackles. Touran carpet, door cards, plastics, glovebox and seat bases. New caddy steering wheel. Midline cluster. Cruise. Heated mk5 gttdi seats wired and working. Alpine screen. 140 remap. Lots of other little bits.........

Yes I would agree with you there Liam, all the connectors look the same as do the control knob rear splines. We all know that there are loads of parts that fit other vehicles throughout the VAG range and sometimes it can be a bit confusing with some part numbers. Sometimes you just got to suck it and see. I bet there is not one person on this forum who has not been confused sometime with parts fitting and part numbers, me included. I am pretty sure that it will fit though now I have seen your photos.
