ok, reason I asked for dyno sheet is your torque is low-ish for 160bhp. I'm tippin 270-280lb-ft torque at 155bhp but obviously yours must be holding torque higher in the rev range which is the big advantage of the larger turbo whereas with the standard caddy turbo you get the initial burst of power but drops rather rapidly.

Correct, the power on mine comes in later about 2600rpm rather than 1600rpm, i could have had it changed but was glad just to have my van on the road again.

hope it all goes well for you bud all you got to watch out for if going up to 190 bhp is the clutch holding out might start slipping when ur van is loaded so keep that in mind, might be best to keep it at 160 bhp til you can get an uprated clutch

I don't know what the capabilities of the tuning software your tuner uses are but if he can map it for progressive power i.e smooth increase in torque it will spare the life of your clutch greatly.
