I bought a kit off eBay for all the sides, floor and the back door for £120 or maybe £130. It's was bang on the money and perfect size. The kit didn't come with a roof so bought that separate. Bought the carpet off eBay also. Screws was included in the kit but you will need longer ones. And as a small touch I bought coloured number plate caps to hide the screws.

I bought a kit like Chris then used a company called Harrison trim supplies for my sound deadening, 4 way stretch carpet, hidden fixing clips, trimfix spray adhesive, hook blades and floor carpet. Really reasonably priced and told me exactly how much I'd need. I too didn't get a roof ply panel so just carpeted my original.

Well I went to a local hardware store b and q and bought none itchy recycled insulation and put it everywhere you can see. I used 2 full big roles, honestly I put it in every hole and gap you can see and really compacted it in there. But done all this after sound proofing it for best insulating result and bloody hell it worked. Not sure on how you do the carpet strait over the panels with out the ply kit as I wanted it warm in the back and to really hold that heat in. It's as warm as my new Mercedes ml 4x4, never thought it would have been possible but proved myself wrong

The clips are like number plate ones. The ply kit comes with pre made holes just remember we're they are when carpeting the ply. Pre drill holes first with really small metal drill bit and insert the screw into the clip and screw it in. eBay sell any colour you want and really cheap. Hardware store like b and q sell them but only some colours.

Maxi4life if you mean the ones I mentioned, you drill your holes in the ply (unless pre drilled of course) then carpet the front side. Then flip the ply over and you twist the clips in from the rear, line up with the matching holes in the van and push to fit. I'm not with the van at the moment or I'd show a few pictures.
