Ex bg service history

Has anybody had any joy obtaining service history from bg? They have been super helpful up to the point of delivering anything of use. Now all has gone quiet other than "waiting for fleet manager".

All I've asked for is email of service history and tracker information if possible so I can activate it. Now I'm an old ba**ard I doubt it makes any difference in cost to insurance, but it's extra piece of mind.

I'm going to take it to vw and try and get known recalls fixed on it, emissions, whistle from wing mirrors (any others I should pester for?) And a health check. Won't pay them bugger all to fix anything mind.

Then it's on to the fun stuff, more power and more creature comforts.

Pretty gutted I have to let my beemer go for the caddy given how rubbish it is in standard form.

I only had a service sheet in with mine , unfortunately the fsh was taken out at halfrauds in Kingston upon Thames.

I bought a duplicate service history book from my local vw and took it to the local halfrauds where they gladly stamped it up to date for free but I did have the print out stating dates and location of services.

The company that I work for has got the contract for British Gases vans servicing and maintenance throughout the country, BG have there caddys serviced every 18 months or 18,000 miles whichever is sooner, I hope this is of help.

I called British Gas Fleetline today regarding my exBG caddy history..
All I have to do is send an email requesting the history printout..
