What's your torsion values?

Just got the van back after an elite map install.
Running great and plenty extra poke.
Now, I set the cam timing/torsion value a couple weeks ago to +0.5, it previously was on -1.0.
I just felt it was actually better slightly retarded at -0.1
Now it's mapped I'm tempted to roll it back to -1.0 again to see what happens.

Anybody got a preferred setting in the tdi for economy and low down torque?

Usually find they go better advanced but worse on fuel

Might notch it back to -0.5
Fuel eco is kinda important.
