Could someone point me in the right direction, i would like to ask the owner sone questions about where they got them from.

Thanks in advance

Hi Andy, can't help with the thread, but you could try Lintran or MMG guards they make dog cages for all vehicles.

Cheers, I'll check out MMG, ideally want two crates stacked so i can sleep down the side. Lintran only seem to do side by side.

Also check out the agilitynet site, there's loads of dog related gear for sale, tailgate guards, crates etc. Just click on fleamarket and scroll down, there's a few Caddys on there as well! good luck

It is indeed yours. Did you build them yourself or buy them? What size crates are they.

I need something like that for 2 large dogs, ideally with enough space to sleep next to.

I bought them off someone who made them for a t4. Had them in my old t4 then when that went I shoe horned them in to the caddy.
Had to cut a top section off to get them in but the shape is almost the same. The bed box I made allows me to store my camping and dog training stuff in it.
There's just enough room to get one dog out of the lower escape doors.

I'll measure them up for you in a bit...

Where abouts are you from, you can have a look and get some ideas ?

I'm in Derby. The measurements would be handy, in case i have to custom build some.

Cheers for the help

Inside width closest to the bulkhead at the bottom 87cm..
Half way up it starts to taper up to 68cm at the roof.
Overall height would be 123cm give or take depending on what base you use

no probs... its fitted in as..... front panel with doors....... side panel with door.... back panel..... large rectangle brace support which the top board sits on and ties the front and back together.
Side panel is bolted to the front and back by those wing nuts.....then its screwed to the floor, unit and wheel arch cover.
All of my stuff will be coming out later in the year so i can soundproof, insulate and wrap the walls like my last van... Then i might fit compression locks on the doors instead.

Dont forget that this is a maxi van, so i dont know what it would be like space wise with a normal van if you got one.

If you need any more pics or measurements let me know... i wont be up north way for a while now as i havent got any shows booked up there.
