Hi - I have a 2009 1.9 TDI and it came with the blower motor dead ( blown fuse , leading to easy spotting of why it was blown - heater motor is seized...so badly you cant even turn it over ! ) I have sourced another one for a good price - ( 20 pd in England - thieving wreckers wanted 6x that here in NZ ) but as I like to repair things if possible - I cant see how to get the old one apart to replace the seized bearings and clean it up so it works again...has anyone done this ? - or can point me to a link that shows how ?
