Had one of the injectors go down last night. Van went into pump mode. All good fun!
What's the best choice of action now? Refurb or replace? Do the new ones need setting up to the van.
Any help appreciate
Thanks scott

Re: 1.6 injector issue
I had one go not so long ago. Done 40 miles home in limp mode that was fun, mpg's were brilliant lol. I managed to find a new one on eBay for nearly half price VW sell them so maybe try on there? My dad fitted mine and from what he said as long as you only replace one, they learn off of the others so no need for getting them coded or anything. This was on my 2012 tendline caddy. Worth getting another o ring as you have to take 2 out to replace one I think he said. Hope this helps

Re: 1.6 injector issue
Be very very careful taking them out buddy, as they can be tight and a catastrophic if they snap! Hope it all goes well. 1.6 engine is a cracker I think if it wasnt for this injector problem!
