Rear Badge Position/Styles???

I've debadged the rear of my Caddy a while back. I got the van back during the week after getting some bodywork done to it. Collecting it tomorrow after being valeted and machine polished.
I'm thinking of fitting Tdi/Sport Edition badges I got off Ebay.
I'm trying my best to keep the van as Oem looking as possible.
Are there specific dimensions (can't think of a better word) for fitting the rear badges to original locations on the driver side rear door.

Do any other members have non standard badges fitted? Pics would be great.

Yes, vw use a template for fitting them. I'm not sure if we have the dimensions, but you can measure mine sometime.....
Your facelift letters are lower down on the doors ( and a slightly different font) to pre facelift vans

I always think the badges look better higher up the door! That's where mine are sort of in line with the top of the rear lights

I removed those, looks smooth and no extra time washing the dirt off around and in the letters.

Looks sweet de badged ,just wish vw didn't recess the rear badge! I'd have it off so fast your eyes would spin!
