2016 Rear light retrofit and reflectors

I noticed that the Caddy 4 has reflectors on the bumper where they are built into the lens of the rear lights on previous models.

I was wondering if the Caddy 4 rear lights still have a reflector built in. If not retrofitting them to earlier models might require the addition of reflectors to the back somewhere.

There must be two red reflectors fitted reasonably symmetrically, securely attached and not obscured.

The 2016+ lights have reflectors in the light lens.

I had no trouble in the netherlands with a 2012 with the 2016 lights... mot is called apk here.
