I've got a 2010 caddy maxi c20 tdi 104
The v5 says it's 2315 gross and the 1968cc engine but at the bottom it doesn't have anything next to the technical permissible maximum.
I was wondering how much I'm allowed to tow.

It may not be on your V5 but it will be on your chassis somewhere. Possibly the weights and tyre pressure sticker on the driver's door frame.
