There shouldn't be any difference if you fit the right tyres. Overall diameter, rolling circumference and ride height should all be, more or less, the same
Some examples depending on wheel width

195/65R15

205/55R16

225/45ZR17

255/30R19

If it ain't broke, fix it 'til it is

Lads a quick question what tyres should you run with 18inch wheels. Is it 225/40/18 or can I go for 225/45/18?

I run 225-40-18 if you go to next size then I believe it's 235-45-18

I'm running 18s with 225 40 18 and it's really smooth even though it's lowered I'd 100% go with 18s

A friend of mine is running 19s they just look to big

Yes I think that's enough. I had mine lowered yesterday and went for 60mm. Still got standard wheels at the moment but I'm picking some 18" wheels up this week and having it colour coded at weekend

What hole setting did you use for the shackles in the back mate?

I've got 16mm of thread showing on the bottom of front coilovers this has given me an equal amount of drop on front and back

I am one hole from the top and it's hitting something on the back end. I think the shackle is bending with the leaf spring and hitting the body on the top. My mate had a issue with his connect and just grinder a notch out and was fine.
Anyone had this issue
