Overhead storage

Post by Celticrsmith »

What do you guys stick up there?! Anyone done something imaginative with the space? I've got a screw driver rolling about that I keep forgetting to remove

Ha, ha, (I've had that happen) ... .

Not done anything radical  , but part of the spare-changing kit (inc. wheel-brace, little cap-puller, screwdriver & lock-nut-key) lives in the left hand corner.
Came in very handy, locating it when the recovery driver wanted to winch my Caddy onto his flat-bed truck :? , as the screw-in tow-ring-thing lives in there too (never had to use it before) !!

For me personally, above the drivers head, I'm sorting out essential bits and pieces that would be useful for easy grab whilst driving like paracetamol, ibuprofen, snacks, pro plus among sorts.

Still figuring out what I'll put above the passengers head...

Envelope with details and tax, test and insurance. Advertising flyers. Deicer and a scraper.

I too am looking for some little organisers to fit up there to help separate some things out. Would interested to see what you put up there too!

Hi there. Look on Toolstation. There are perfect sized ones for the overhead shelf (Domino Toolbox 364 x 268 x 66mm)

I hope that helps
