Front fog advice

Hi, I've managed to source myself a Touran front bumper for my pre 2010 caddy but it has a missing fog blank. My caddy does not have fogs and tbh I'm not too fussed about having them but the price of a replacement cover, I could get a twin set of fogs and surrounds! My questions are;

Are these easy enough to wire up?
Where could I source a blank fog cover that doesn't cost £40?!

Don't know if they're compatible but i bought a fog blanking plate for my 2011 early facelift exbg caddy maxi for £26 from my local vw van centre
