They do a 4 bike extension. Trailer board built in but not cheap. Great piece if kit though. Wheels sit in cups so reduces the chance of getting them or the van scratched.

I can vouch for the Atera Stada DL 3 with optional 4th bike kit, I use one on the work T5 with 4 road bikes. It has locks on the top frame clamps and the tow bar, with adjustable wheel blocks & straps. The frame clamps are carbon friendly, it's light enough to fit / remove on your own and the light bar is built in. It tilts back for tailgate access but I don't know if that's enough for barn doors, you'd have to try it.

Not the cheapest but I'd recommend it.

In the Caddy, I use this inside the van:

This is also very good. In my Maxi, my bike (Specialized Roubaix) fits with 2nd row seats in place and folded down.

I was given a 3 bike carrier by my neighbour. Cheapoo off eBay but works well. 3 on the back, 1 inside (or 2 and 2). But I hanker for a Thule.
