Hello people, I would like to wire in an extra L.E.D strip in the rear load space, but using the original wiring so it works when the door opens.
There is 3 wires to the rear lamp
Red with purple
Blue with white
Brown
Any help would be gladly appreciated

If you wire into the original light, you can retain the switch function and turn the light on manually if needed.
There are bulb adaptors available that fit just like a bulb and give you two wire tails to connect onto.
