Hi anyone know which seat bases are higher caddy or touran ones thanks

Thats why i kept the Caddy bases an drilled Some extra holes.

Direct fit is 10 minutes swap of seats.
Drilling extra holes is 5-10 minutes extra but no extra costs for touran bases.

With Caddy bases i Dont hit my head to the plastic with touran bases i Will.

I'm 6'5'' and the Touran bases aren't too high for me with mk5 GTi seats, you must be a monster!

I found with redrilled Caddy bases I had to jack the seat up quite high.

Is it possible you could explain a little more mk5 golf gti seat and put it on the original caddy base? Is that correct.

Dutch people are taller in general, but I have SUV seats from an Audi Q5 Thats why i kept the Caddy bases as they are higher than golf seats. They are more comfortable than Vw seats.

That makes sense then haha, I'm changing from MK5 GTi to Mk2 TT and the seats look chunkier so i'm guessing i'll have to go back to Caddy bases... which I binned!

The difference is about 30mm from memory
