Touran Seat Airbags?
So, I collected my Touran seats and carpets today; one quick observation, the seats have little tabs on that say "Airbag" does this mean that there are detonators in the seats or are the airbags in the b pillar on the Touran? I can't see any evidence at a glance, no wires etc....

Re: Touran Seat Airbags?
Ok, so now having split the seats from the bases it is apparent that there are airbags in the seats; the next question then, is it safe to have them fitted but disconnected?

They won't just "go off" for no reason so yes they are safe to leave in place. I'd be more concerned for the person who cut the wires off.
