No mate not ply lined yet. Has plastic panels over the single skin bits. The thing I don't really get is how you carpet something that's not flat, like the wheels arches?
Have a google carpeted caddy’s, some people just carpet the sides and don’t ply top to bottom.
Do you have a swb caddy?
As you could use my ply as a template or order a full ply kit from eBay
As for
The carpet it reall is good stuff, it’s not like your home carpet, it’s not backed with anything so it stretches quite a bit.

Hi Andy. I'm looking to carpet my solid bulk head and wondered if it's doable neatly. I mean will it stretch into all the curves etc. ?
Cheers
Paul
Hello Paul.
I have just been having a look on google and it looks like loads of people have carpeted the bulkheads and looks really good, as for the carpet yes it really does stretch.
Take your time and you will get it
Ok, so I carpeted mine not long back. I cover the wheel arches in one piece and you can in fact do the entire side of the van not including door (I have double side doors) in one piece from front to back. I then sprayed the vented cavity cover in Matt black which complements the anthracite 4way stretch mega van matts carpet I used.
Hope this helps, happy to answer any questions

Hey Benn1. I'm carpeting mine this weekend, or at least starting it.
Are you B pillar covers the OEM type or the cut down bulk head? If they are the old bulk head could you post a couple of pics? I'm trying to work out how to do them.
