Rear interior (body) light not working

Rear interior (body) light not working
I have 08 caddy 1.9 diesel and the rear interior (body) light won't come on with rear doors. It will come on with side door. Is their a switch on the locking mechanism or something else I am missing? Thanks

I had the same problem. I solved problem after checking metal parts in roof lamp
