Hi all
First time vw owner so be gentle,.
I pick up my first vw caddy next Friday, it’s a 1.9tdi
2010 model with 99k on clock.
Cambelt was done at 93k..along with service.
I’m buying off the company I work for so getting cheap, drove van today and went on good run, all seemed good
I’m hoping to service it myself in future as in oil , oil filter , air filter and fuel filter looks fairly straight forward..
Is there anything else I need to look out for on these???
I’ll probably do service every 10-12k miles..
It also doesn’t come with a radio so I’m looking on eBay now for a direct replacement hopefully plug n play
Look forward to hearing back..
Thanks
Things to look out for....

Just give it a quick check over. Look at all the fluids check breaks. Sometimes you could tighten the hand break if needed.
I know it’s part of your MOT. but look for rust spots if you can fix them do it. To be honest just check the van over to give a a solid peace of mind.
