You just download the software from Ross-Tech. Default language is English..

http://www.ross-tech.com/vcds/download/index.php

The software recognises the VCDS lead to validate it.

I have never had to change the language but I can look for you.
What was the reason for buying from Germany? I'm fairly sure Ross-Tech have set the prices even all round the world.
