Hi could u tell me what the rubbers are called wer my injectors sit in on rocker covers

They are just O rings, maybe a very specific size.

injector heat rubber washers
It it’s a 1.6TDI and the ones that fit in the top cover they are called injector seals . Possible part number 03l103070A , their are variants depending on your top cover part number .
They are prone to letting engine oil past if worn or damaged when replacing injectors .
