My bg van has then aswell leads went back to the glove box where I found the old phone holder tucked behind it (glove box was secured on by 4 star drives) and the secondary fuse board just thought I’d leave then on for now, my signal is awful so thinking of upgrading the radio to a dab and sat nav. Could you fit a shark fin into one of those existing holes?

Iv got a shark fin ready to fit but I think it would look better in the centre of the roof and might hit the roof rail if one of them holes was used. Apparently radio Ariel is in the wing mirrors, my signal is rubbish as well. Behind the glove box cheers for that

To be fair most taxi drivers don’t even know brook street
I've done a lot of work in the house in the centre of the pic, the rendered one of the two Victorian terraced houses, it's actually two flats, we have a maintenance contract with the company that owns it and another two thousand like it. You not in Airdrie this week then?

Never heard of the place, what’s going on there like ?
Ahh confusion, had to backtrack, Jamieprang lives in Airdrie, (long story). So if you live in Brook Street you don't need to take the aerials off, give it a couple of days and someone will do it for you

The head lights do come on when in the off possition but never looked into how much, just always thought they where running lights of some kind, only had the van a few months.
glad to know its not just my van, it's not a big deal but i would quite like the option of just having the DRL on
One is for the phone kit and the other was for the docking station fitted in the rear for the laptop. The thrift was possibly something centrica wanted to improve the GSM signal on the Trimble tracking units.

No prob, let me know if that works for you, I'm in no immediate rush to buy the roof rails yet so will be handy to know if it works
Yes the original bolts you take out to fit the roof rail work fine, I put a bit of tiger seal around the inner of the hole the the bolt in. A rubber washer inside followed by a metal washer then a nut on the end is how Iv done it. The roof rail over lapped the last one slightly on mine but yours could be different

With mine I just removed the back end one as I couldn't fit my roof rails otherwise. They undo with an allen key I think? To blank it I used filler inside then some silicone and a rubber grommet.
