Future Caddy owner advice

Post by Samwallace86 »

I’m an avid mountain biker and VW Golf driver but am fed up of the mess of the car and roof so going to be changing to a caddy :D

Looking at a 2.0 Highline with tailgate but unsure on either the 102/105

Is there a major difference if I’m not going to be loading the van with anything heavier than 2 bikes for extra few thousand in cost?

I’m coming from a 1.6 Golf Mk7 SE

I'm also shopping for a VW caddy for this exact reason. You won't notice a difference in the performance, the difference will be in the engine types and issues associated with the different engines. There's big issues on some of the engines and injectors needing to be replaced.

Both have their flaws. It depends which deals appeal to you when your looking, unless you have a specific preference?
