Hi Can anybody tell me if you can take the piece of trim at the top of the door which joins the piece on the dash off as i was thinking of painting it.Thanks

On the caddy it's moulded as part of the door. Touran door card trims you can remove. I’ve colour coded mine.

Are the Touran door panels a direct fit? They look so much better.

You just need to shave a few mm of plastic from around the top of the Touran door card where it meets the triangle door mirror trim.

Ok thx I like my door cards I think with my seats they blend nice if I go for touran one I will spend a lot of money retriming them putting new handles painting the bit of trim not shaw if it's worth it

Did you paint those yourself? The finish looks great. I'm thinking of doing mine in gloss black.

Yeah, I'm a painter

I haven't fitted the dash yet, it's sitting in my spare room. I'm just waiting for some decent weather and it'll be going in.
