Bentley 19x9j wheels
Here we have many speed bumps... placed today a set oem 18” gti wheels, but it feels like I’m in a boat on the water hahaha don’t like it because i like a “steady Caddy” but it gets remapping this week, he asked me to place 18 or 19 inch under it.

Re: Bentley 19x9j wheels
Thanks but I think 20" with that low profile tyre would be nightmare on the potholed Scottish roads round where I live. They are really nice wheels though. Sorry for all the questions but I take it on 8.5J with ET45 you don't have any issues with the side door? I assume your van is the wider axle one like mine.
I should probably go with 18x8J ET45 so I can have a deeper tyre profile, but really can't get the idea of 19" wheels out my head but they all seem to be 8.5J.

Re: Bentley 19x9j wheels
That the reason I went for 18s but with 45s on. Bigger tyre cope with the pot holes and fills the wheel arch.

Re: Bentley 19x9j wheels
Nice wheels and van mate
Its a shame that in this country, due to the poor roads it needs to be a consideration when buying new wheels, but I have 19"s on my Golf Clubsport and I find it stressful to drive as I am always looking out for potholes to avoid as I don't want to damage a tyre /wheel. Driving the Caddy on the standard 16"s is so much easier as I worry less.
The problem is the Bola ZFR that I was looking at come in 19" only as do the OEMS IFG10.

Fair enough, I get you we drive watching out for holes and avoiding puddles. Not stress the the government has given 2 million to Kent to sort out pot holes. That they have said will take 14 years to clear the back log.

And over those 14yrs it takes, new ones will appear just a quick as they fix the old ones lol. I work in Edinburgh and I think it has to be the worse city in the UK for potholes.
18" makes more sense and like the Bola B9 wheels.

18” are gladly just for Some days... get Seasick in my Caddy now... want at least 19”
8,5J all round Will give with et45 no problems even not with et42.

Not really, 19” drives the best under a lowered Caddy. Even in England and i like the countryside the most. Poor roads but Is here as well looking out for the wheels. Still going without damaging the wheels and I drive in belgium germany as Well with the Caddy. Further away i Will take the Audi V6T 3.0 biturbo, would love to have that engine in a Caddy 🤫MattRS wrote:

8,5J et45 is perfect no trouble with the sidedoor. Have these sizes under mine normally the 18” gti wheels are 7,5J i think looking so ugly deep in the arches, juk 🤫

Re: Bentley 19x9j wheels
Sorry to dig up an old thread but have been offered these in 41 offset. Is the general consensus they don’t fit in that offset?
It’s a 1.6 tdi 2012.
Any help appreciated

Re: Bentley 19x9j wheels
Judging by what barbel says on the first page, they aren't going to fit. He was talking about rubbing issues on the front arches and the side door only just opening and thats with 8.5" wide wheels and ET42. A 9" wheel and ET41 is going to stick out further than his by about 7mm.

Yeah that’s what I got from reading it, maybe I’ll just need to let these ones go
