Tow Bar & Parking Sensors

Hi
Looking at fitting a tow bar and at the same time install some parking sensors just wondering if the crash bar is suitable. Caddy is 2010 1.9Tdi SWB.
Looking around ebay for rear sensor and there doesn't appear to be many Caddy options are available. Would a Golf V5 be compatible, going to fit this to an Android head unit. Any pointers
