Hi all
Does anyone no where I could get the plastic caps for the roof rails to cover bolts? Taking roof rack off and putting rails back on, but when took them off damaged the caps
Thanks

Re: Roof bar caps
Quick update took the big roof rack off, dug out side rails, and now in need of the middle rubber seal the bit that goes on foot of rails to van,
If that fails are there any caps you can get to blank the roof rack holes off as looks like a lot of water could get in there, also need to be removable incase need to put roof rack on again
Cheers

Re: Roof bar caps
The roof rack hole blank/plugs are part number WHT004908 and have a allen key head - thread size is M8x14. I think VW have a torque setting for these but I am not sure what this setting is. When I got my van complete with roof bars I got this long allen key/torque (wrench) that is pre-torqued if you can call it that in the kit.

Re: Roof bar caps
Got the caps for roof but decided to put rails on again but missing the cars to cover the hoes as shown in photo vw wanted 100 for the spares for them, was wondering if anyone had ideas on how to cover them or replacement caps
