Mic and dab antenna routes

I need to install a dab stick on antenna and a hands free mic . Does anyone know the best route. 2007 caddy

"Glovebox" out, passenger A-pillar cover off. If you take the passenger sun visor down you will be able to get the mic cable inbound of the swivel bracket so it won't just fall out and down the windscreen.
