Hi all
Just needing some advice on my Caddy.I have an ex british gas vehicle and it is riding quite high. I am looking at coilovers but I'm not sure if the rear leaf springs that british gas will accomodate the kit or whether i would need to get shorter leaf springs? Can anyone help?

Re: British gas suspension
Do they use different leaf springs to standard Caddys? My maxi has a single leaf and works fine with my kit

Re: British gas suspension
Is your ex british gas as well? Apparently they are more tensile than the normal springs due to the amount of kit British gas used to carry meaning the suspension is around 15mm higher than normal. Ok thats good to know as mines a single spring on the back as well.Which kit did you use?

No mine isn't an ex BG- plenty on here though so someone will be along to answer your query. I wouldn't personally think they are any different but I may be wrong. My kit is a KW set up.
